I am struggling to find the 30 page form, I keep following links but end up on the court finder page? I also noted that someone said this can be filled in online and then checked and printed before submitting, or is it better to just print the 30 pages and do it by hand? Thanks grant59
That is my personal preference - I like to spread things around my tabel top and be able to re read at my leisure, but I have a distrust of computers losing my info after i have input it all! I went online earlier and printed off a set remember to print both the petition form no: 6.27 and the statement of affairs form 6.28. when you have completed you will nedd to photocopy twice as you need to take 3 copies with you to the court - don't sign or date until you are with the clerk at the court as they need to see you do this (1 copy will be handed back to you)

I completed mine online without any problems. Providing you remember to save regularly I think they are pretty safe. The link to the forms is https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
I agree about getting the forms from the court itself. You could pick up half a dozen packs from your local county court. Useful also to ask about the procedures when you are down there and to get a feel for the place in advance.
