Could you just have a quick look at my recent post on traffic accident compensation that I posted 6 months ago and your comments on my earlier post titled Compenstation that you replied to and then you may see why I am confused.

Many thanks

Andy

apologies for any confusion here my error totally wrote the wrong thing and i am well aware of what the OR is interested in put it down to a very bad day...and please accept my apologies - the OR is only interested in compensation for loss of earnings not injuries as i stated in my earlier posts on the forum on this matter. If you have a payment made to you for loss of earnings whilst in the period of you bankruptcy ie before your discharge the OR will want some of the compensation for loss of earnings but will not touch any compensation given for any injuries sustained.
I hope this clears up the mater for you and again, please accept my apologies

Hey Melanie

Thanks for coming back to me. You had me going for a while there. Thought I was going to lose the money before I even saw it!!

Sorry you had a bad day. Hope tomorrow is better.

Kind regards

Andy
