Just wondered if anyone has rented a house while BR.I have a mortgage at the moment and wondered whether or not to surrender the keys because we are in neg equity (15,000) G x
There is light at the end of the tunnel, I can actually see it !!!!
We had all types of problems. We gave the keys back. Went BR then looked for rented accomodation. Most agencies wanted 4 x months upfront plus a months rent. Luckily we found 1 agency who only wanted 1 months deposit. Its a minefield but you have to be honest and advise them if you do go BR.
