I'm in court on tuesday. when my daughter emigrated i agreed that she put her house sale proceeds (£70000) into my bank account which I then transferred immediately to her Australian bank account. This is all showing on my bank statements last October. Do I point this out to the OR or do I let him ask me about it? How many month's statements for bank and credit cards shall i take to the court hearing? most have been shredded!

Hi

re the statements - there is no need to take them to the court hearing as the judge does not need them.
The OR will require them but any that you do not have they can request from the bank.

If you have them I would provide the OR with the statements showing the deposit of the £70K and transfer. These together with your explanation should be sufficient.
