hi again another question sec 8 current property what do i put in these sections do i put down the property that i have a mortgage on or leave it blank
you must list all properties that you own or part own. Another duplication I'm afraid. You will note on this section it asks a little more than it does in section 4. It asks if the property is leasehold or freehold (which you will have already answered in section 3 - another duplication) and for the first and only time it asks the type of property and how many bedrooms.
This is to allow the examiner to check the value of like for like properties in your area via the internet. It is also because the OR may arrange for a drive by valuation to be carried out. As the valuer will not enter your property they would not otherwise know how many bedrooms on which to base his / her valuation.
