help needed im filling out my forms and im a bit stuck sec 4 on secured creditors ive put amount owing 90k net amount owing 90k what do i pt 4 what of yours is claimed & what is its present value and do i put the mortgage down on my unsecured section and if so how much any ideas all i know is that my flat is in negative equity but don't know how much so it wud b a help thanks

Hi

what of yours is claimed is your address.
You should "guesstimate" the value but be realistic so if you think £85K then put that and then £5K in the A-B column to the right.

If you are planning to give up your home then yes you should list the details in the unsecured part of section 4 as well.
You won't know the amount owed here because the property needs to be repossessed and sold before the figure can be known, so enter £1.
In the date incurred column enter unknown, as it hasn't happened yet and there is no way you can forecast when it will.
In the reason for debt column enter possible shortfall sale price to amount owing.
