All the professional experts do a great job on the forum. Personally the reason I thanked Melanie is because she has helped me and stopped me stressing any more than necesary at the moment. If John or Paul or Suzanne (or anyone else for that matter!) had been the one helping me I would have been more than happy to thank them.

Thanks all of your for your comments, it is nice to know the efforts pur in my myself and my collegues on here is appreciated - as all this work is done in 'down time' for no financial consideration - so we all deserve the odd thanks. I just have a strong committment to everyone experiencing financial difficulties having the ability access to free advice - it is so important to have someone or somewhere to turn to, in times of need and to know that they are going to receive a response quickly to their concerns and not worry as to whether they are going to have to pay for it!
