i have a tv and freezer on hp can i keep them if im bankrupt

hi, check your paperwork for these items as it very unlikely that they are actually on hp (unless they are from brighthouse etc) if they are from currys or somewhere like that its more than likely been financed by a seperate company. the shop where you purchased the items wouldnt look to get them back as they would have already been paid for them by this independant creditor.
