Hi, I've moved from the UK to live in Sweden last summer. Unfortunately, i have been unable to find employment until very recently and not been able to make payments to my credit cards, car and bank loans for a few months. All of this debt was accumulated while i lived in the UK. I'm unsure what my options are. Can you help?
You can declare BR from another country, and as you have been resident in the UK in the last three years you can do it either by coming back over here and petitioning yourself at the High Court, or by appointing a family member or friend as Power of Attorney to do it for you.
