Thanks for the reply John. Finally, can my wife buy the "BI" and do i need to mantion it or will the reciever ask? I have no mortgage arrears my 35k debts are a bank loan and credit cards?
as per your other thread and my response, your wife should write to your OR exprssing her wish to buy your BI in the property at such times as the OR deals with it.
