Just to say thank you for everyone's help and advice to my endless questions. I went bankrupt yesterday and it really wasn't as bad as I thought. I was literally with the Judge for seconds when he asked me did I understand what bankruptcy means and had I taken advice. The clerk was really nice. No-one was judgemental even though I owed nearly £30,000! Next step is OR interview. What a relief!!! I can now answer the phone
