Hi, thank you all for the great advice on this site it has been so helpfull!

I just have one more query with regards to listing creditors on my SOA. Some of my debt has been taken on or are represented through debt collection agencies. Do I list the origional creditor or the collection agencies on my SOA ?

List the debt as the original creditor and put in brackets the collection agency eg MBNA (Max Recovery)
