Hi John and welcome to the forum
You actually cannot bankrupt a company - br is for individuals.
Company insolvency is slightly different and needs to be handled in a different way
You need to understand what assets the company has on its books, also what other liabilities and what personal guarantees you may have for other debts ( loans, overdraft etc etc )
You may decide that the first course of Action is to speak to Melanie Nicolas as she works for a firm who offer specialist winding up procedures for Ltd companies
