Help! I'm a little stuck on form 6.27. I'm a single person filing for bankruptcy, no business involved but some of the wording is very confusing. I can fill in name and address but then I'm lost, can anyone help? 1F for instance, My centre of main interests has been or I have had an establishment at? any ideas and the reverse page is a mystery. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
1.(a)fill in your name and address in (b)any former name (maiden name etc) (c)if you have lived in another address list it here (last 2 years)
If you have not traded ignore (d)(e) & (f)
2.full address as per (a) in (g)court info - name of court you are filing your pettion at
If you have not been bankrupt before select 4, (i) 5 is where you sign when at the court (not before as you need to have your signature sworn in front of the court clerk)
