Not on eletrol roll and co op have allowed account

I will be going bankrupt in about a month i have openned a co op account ... Do i declare this account on bankrupt forms going to arrange paymnets in and standing orders on it or should i wait

I didn't list the new co-op account on the SOA form, as this was not one of my creditors to which I owed money to. If this is a new account you have set up and no debts have been accrued to this account then I would leave it off the SOA otherwise it could be frozen after you go bankrupt. I would also advise letting the bank know you are intending to declare bankruptcy and ask them to make sure the account isn't frozen so you can access your funds and also mention the account to the OR when you speak to them.
