I received a letter from my official receiver today saying she intends to apply for her release as trustee from the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. There's a receipts and payments summary and the letter goes on to say "if you're not already discharged, my release as trustee will have no effect upon the date of your discharge from the bankruptcy". I was asked to provide information relating to my income and outgoings in December 2008 for consideration for early discharge, but never heard anything back about it. Does this mean I won't be getting early discharge or something else? Many thanks.

Hi

you have been copied in on the letter the OR has sent to all of your creditors.

If none of the creditors object then you should receive the ED paperwork in around 6 weeks.
