i WORK FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AS A PARENT SUPPORT ADVISER, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY AND KEEP MY JOB? MY PARTNER WORKS AS A NIGHT PORTER FOR A CHARITY BASED ORG, WILL HE BE ALLOWED TO KEEP HIS JOB IF WE APPLY FOR JOINT BANKRUPTCY?

there is no reason under insolvency rules that these posts are not allowed under bankruptcy.

You would do well to read your contact and if necessary make a call to HR
