Hi All,

I am going BR in RCOJ in London tomorrow, I have heard it is easy to get lost in this building so intend to be there at 9am I think office opens at 10am in order to give me time to find where I am going:) I have 3 sets of forms now printed off and had to make a few adjustments by hand as some info on cards came out blank(hopefully this will be OK) and the £507 in cash. I have been quietly reading this site over last few months and the info has been invaluable, I do not own my own home and only have a car worth £400 and do not own my own business so I am hoping everything will go smoothly I have already opened my Co-Op account so I hope it won't be frozen as I have now set up my SO and DD's whick will come out when my next salary is paid in on 22 April so I am hoping I have timed this right? Does anybody on here have experience of RCOJ just so I know what to expect? My tummy is now churning at the prospect and I am going alone so I am sooo nervous.

I will report back tomorrow to let you know how it all went.

Thanks,
Trish

Hi

you will only need one set of the Statement of Affairs and you will not need the 2 page bankruptcy petetion - they like to fill in their own for you to sign.

Steps.

1. Go to Fees Office first to pay the 507, they will stamp the the SOA and give you a receipt - this office opens at 10.

2. Off to the Thomas Moore Building ( down main hall and turn left at the end) go to 2 nd floor. You need to wait in line until your turn and the clerks go through the documents to see if all is in order. Swear on bible etc etc

3. go to Starbucks - out of main enterance and turn left for about 80yards

4. return to Thomas Moore Building 1st floor at 2.30 to collect your Br order.

5. Or will telephone you in a few days

hope this helps
