Hi Blue If you look in the Experts section to the left of this page there are contact numbers in there of people you can ring and who will be more than happy to help you go through your situation.
If you go to the Reviva website and submit a contact form someone will get back to you shortly. I too am awaiting a call back but I know they are really busy at the moment. They are worth waiting for though!!!

as uch as i know an expert is an expert and this forum is full of well informed experts , from my personal experience i can echo peppa-pig's thoughts that Reviva are well worth waiting for, Paul Johns really helped me.
Thanks John saw your I original note - apparently a technical hitch when I have queried.... does not other me too much, but a nuisence for the many clients who contact me direct, as they do not wish to divulge personal details on the forum (nor should they need to!)

hope the technical hitch is resolved soon and I couldn't agree more, members should be able to call rather than post personal details if that is their preference.
