i have a cash card account with lloyds they know i have a iva but as i am going bankrupt will they let me keep it they are not one of my creditors it is joint account with my wife who is not going bankrupt it has all my direct debits on it
i have heard of people keeping lloyds accounts after BR but if you wanted to cover all bases, open a COOP cashminder account just before BR so long as you don't owe the COOP. It is generally recommended to empty most of the money out of any account you think may be frozen or closed.

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurman) Life's too short!!!
I think it depends on the OR & trustee appointed in your BR... some freeze bank accounts & some dont bother... Im no expert on BR... Im just going by other postings on the forum...
My bank account werent touched or even looked at... In my BR... (not that there was any money in it anyway)
Hi all I had 2 accounts with lloydsTSB 1 Personal account this was frozen by the Bank. I was using the OD on that accout when I went BR The other a joint Account, which had a small amount of credit, was not Frozen by the bank, I recieved a new card from them ,so I rang there BR team to find out, why the card was sent to me, I was told I could use the card but not the cheque book. The freezing of the Account is upto the Banks not the OR, Hope this helps
