Another question Im afraid. Anyone seeing my previous posts will know the saga. Just wondered if anyone or the experts know if it is likely that I will be allowed someone with m for the face to face interview. I have and continue to be ill and at times am unable to communicate especially im times of high stress which induces panic attacks and other physical symptoms. I am happy to attend interview and have since my previous posts spoken to my examiner who has been approachable and very nice if I dare say that. You may ask why I dnt just call up and ask (I have emailed -I find direct contact really really difficult even when people are easy to deal with)just wondering if anyone knew the protocol on a representative attending interview with the BR it would be my husband who is the only person who can answer business related questions although my bankruptcy is personal and nothing to do with the business which was trading with no problems and the personal bankruptcy was petitioned by a creditor of a personal guarantee I gave as a favour to a family member for a company conpletely separate to me which was wound up by the OR two years ago. Although I was a company director I have resigned my directorship as obv BR can not be Co D but I was in name only really as I had nothing to do with the running and in fact have not worked for many months due to illness it is my husband who has worked through the company. Sorry long one as usual.

If you explain the situation to the examiner i am sure you will be allowed 'support' from someone attending the interview with you. They other person will not be allowed in be part of the interview, but just having someone with you may be all the help you need. It is a coomon request and one that is always agreed to by the OR. They want to discuss your situation with you, but want it to be as stress free as possible so will always accommodate. Make sure though that you accopmpanying guest appreciates the fact that they will just be there to provide support to you and must not interfere with the interview in anyway by answering questions etc.
