I live in Scotland. I have been sequestrated last year and pay a compulsory order from my salary. My mortgage lender is repossesing my house on Thursday morning. Can the interim trustee stop this happening to protect his interest in my house?

Hi

assuming sequestration principle in Scotland is the same as bankruptcy in the Uk, in respect of this particular issue, the answer is no.
