Hi All

i have received 2 property valuations from local estate agents both of whom have said they would expect to sell my property for £110k within the next 4 weeks. I also have a load of printouts of similar properties in my area all for around the same amount, which I got from Right Move and a print out from Zoopla. Will this be sufficient proof for the OR?

Thanks and happy Easter to all.

Hi mab

and a HAppy Easter to you too.

Yes I would expect what you have to hand to be deemed sufficient supportive evidence of the current vlaue of your property.
