I have already gone bankrupt a couple of years ago but have mis-placed my discharge papers and need a copy to get a new bank account who do I contact for this copy and will I be charged?

Hi

you probably need to speak to the OR's office first to get your Br number and the date of your discharge.

you can then apply to the court you were make Br at for a certificate with the above information.

Prices may have gome up on April 1st but it will be £60 for the certificate

So even though I have received a copy of my dis-charge it will cost me an additional £60 to get another?

I imagine that it will - you have to pay for copies of most things these days.

I had to replace my birth certificate a few years ago and that cost me.
