I have been made bankrupt, but need help to fill out my form, where can go apart from the CAB?
My creditors sold my debts to "max Recovery", so who do I put as creditors on the form?

Thank you in advance

Hi

If you were made bankrupt rather than petition yourself the forms are different to the normal Statement of Affairs.

You can certainly post questions here on the forum or you would certainly be able to use the CAB but they are overstretched now and will probably limit the amount of time they can spend with you.

Re the creditor if you have been informed that max recovery have purchased the debt then certainly put them down as the creditor.
