Well i was a little apprehensive about the OR interview but the phone rang at 3 o'clock and we talked for about an hour.
He was from Chester OR's office and he was a really nice bloke.
He asked me a load of questions but it was just re-iterating the SOA and making sure i hadn't planned the whole thing to fiddle the banks!!
The good thing i had in my favour i think is that my SOA was not done on insolvency service forms but forms from Paul Johns at Reviva and their forms are better, they allow more explanations and are generally better laid out!!!
I honestly believed that because there was more info on these forms than standards ones it made the whole experience much more human.
He had all the info he needed in front of him so half the call was him saying nothing and reading.

Thanks Paul!!!

The OR accepted the reasons for spending and getting the debt in the first place and he was not in any way judgemental.
On the whole not a bad experience at all.
