on a debt of £5000 what will my monthly repayments be to the court and for how long will i be in the courts charge for.
also i am living with my parents and have conserns about them i.e will they be affected and i dont want them to loose there property

Firstly welcome to the forum
if you go BR then the OR will establish if you have any Disposable Income (DI) and if your DI is over £99 then he will take between 50% and 70%
If you have less than £99 you will not get an IPA and you will not have to pay anything towards the debts in BR
£5000 seems a small amount to go BR and you may be better with a DRO (a new type of BR for debts below £15000)
The CAB is handling the new DROs and it may be worth seeking their advice

I think you may be talking about an Administration Order, or at least you should be exploring one, the CAB will give you all the Free Advice you require.
