i am currently on jobseekers allowence,does any one know how much the deduction would be from the £495 court fee,roughly

Firstly welcome to the forum
The fee is now £510 and if the JSA is income based not contributions based , there is a difference ,the reduction in fees is somewhere around £145-£150 so you will still have to pay the balance of £360 ish
