Had my interview with OR yesterday, went ok, lasted about hour and half, and hubby went straight after, his only lasted about 30 mins, as gone though most of it with me.
OR did advise though he would try to avoid it, due to high level of debt, may still need to go in and do written statement.............
Any how, my question is, and even he wasn't sure, if my husband and I buy back each others BI, will it cost us £221+£1+£1, or £221+£1+£221+£1.

Hi Jayne

The cost would be £211 legal fees to TLT Solicitors plus £1 for your BI plus £1 for your hubby.
