How much is declaring myself going to cost in total? I am in a rented property, and just have unsecured loans! Thanks

£510 to the court if its just you and you do all the forms yourself.
If you have the help of an expert with forms court and interview add another £500 - £1000 ish

Hi u may be able to get help towards your fee of about £150 if your on a low income. Check with your local court when calling for appt or extra details.
You will need to get an EX160 form from them and hopefully you may be able to get some help towards to fees.
