i went bankrupt on 24th march and only had one telephone conversation with the O.R. since then i have received and returned forms and then received a letter saying that with the information they had they felt an interview was not appropiate at this time. has anybody had anything similar and could anyone advise what might happen next? thanks tim.

It sounds like the OR is not going to need to interview you. This means that you won't have an IPA and the OR doesn't need any further information to see why you went BR, had trouble paying creditors, etc.

You should just enjoy the debt free life and the OR will contact you in the future if needed.
