Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm considering bankrupty due to 30k in credit and happening been out of work for the last six months, while I have paid throughout this period with no sight of employment and matters getting worse in the job market, is it the way forward? and what possible payments would I be required to make having exhausted savings?

Hi you could be entitled to help with the BR if you are on benefits otherwise it cost £510. Its a personal thing as to whether its best for you or not but read up about all the pro's and cons and dont just jump into it.

You will need to speak to someone before you can declare yourself BR. Speak to the CCCS, Insolvency Helpline and maybe an Insolvency Practitioner or two to find out your options. BR isn't something to be taken lightly and affects you for a long time.
