If i declare bankruptcy will they take my passport away?

firstly welcome to the forum
simply put the OR will NOT take your passport from you before during or after BR

There are some strange preconceptions about what happens when you are declared BR including having to give up your passport and not being allowed to vote!

Both of these are not true and you will not have to surrender your passport when you are declared BR.
