Okay so I've posted on here quite a bit and am 100% that BR is for me. Thing is when filling out the endless lists of my debts, my husband is on there. He paid almost everything towards our wedding, bond on our rental property, furniture etc etc and I always said I would repay him. Which is what every month I have been doing at varying amounts. How do I list him as a creditor and how do I explain that I have been paying him over the other debts I've incurred. My marriage would have been over by now if I'd not repaid him something! Really stuck.

Hi Zchr1,

I wouldn't really say he was a creditor as these are joint expenses you have incurred as a couple and what you have been paying him were towards those joint expenses.

I would mention to the OR that he has brunt the cost of most things, especially the furnishings etc but I wouldn't necessarily see him or put him down as a creditor
