Hi only just realised that as my house will be repossessed I will obviously rent somewhere. But as all our appliances are in fiited kitchen ie fridge, freezer and washer.We would need to replace is this ok with OR???

This would be fine. The OR's realise that you need necessary appliances in order to survive. I have heard of other people using credit cards/catalogues to purchase these things just before declaring BR and it has been fine wit the OR.

Also join your local Freecycle groups and see if anyone is advertising any white goods. www.freecycle.org put your settings to recieve daily digest or you will be inundated with emails. I am on local groups and have recently replaced my fridge/freezer from Freecycle.

Look in your local paper and on Ebay for cheap white goods to.

I wouldn't recommend using credit cards prior to BR - some OR's may see this grounds for a BRU.

As Deedee says it's definitely worth having a look on Freecycle.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
