You will turn up at court and hand the papers and £510 over to the BR clerk who will have a quick check of them. Don't worry if you have made a mistake you can easily add information on the day as I had to add 2 previous addresses to mine and the BR clerk wasn't worried about this at all.

You may or may not have to see the judge depending upon which court you go to. I didn't but some people have a quick chat with the judge.

You may speak to the OR or their assistant once you are declared BR and then will probably have an interview with the OR in the following weeks. When the interview is depends upon how busy that particular OR is. My interview was within 10 days of being BR but some people have to wait 6-8 weeks.

After that if you have an IPA then this will be setup and you will start to make the payments and then you can start to get on with your life once again but without the stress of debts and creditors chasing you

Thanks, your right I get constant phone calls from the same company's you think they would make some notes on thier system or something. Another question is I think some of my debt's are passing over too debt collection agency's,I have already filled my S.O.A stating the names of the companys that I loaned money from do I need to update this with the new people who are calling me or should I just leave it ?

Leave the SOA as it is and mention the debt collection agencies to the OR when you have the interview.
