It was very easy to go bankrupt myself, I filled in the forms on line on (www.insolvency.gov.uk) or something like that. Phoned the court and made an appointment, went on the day and paid £510 and then see above for the rest! Very quick!
it does sound easy enough but there always seems to be little stumbling blocks that only these guys seem to know the quickest way around...also they are telling me i can start trading again straight away so there are some things they can help with but like most of us on here its hard to cough up £350 for their help + £510 bankruptcy thanks for the advise :)
