Just when you think things can't get any worse,I was half expecting my hours to be cut to contract hours,but now it's been done.On my soa my average wages were £1,400 now they will be £900 just hope I don,t get an ipo on wages I submitted.

No problem just inform the OR of your new hours and expectd pay - sadly this is something they often come across and you do not need to worry your correct level of basic income (verified by payslips ) will be used

What worries me Melanie is that only went bankrupt on Monday an last 3 wageslips were high and already worked hours foe end mays pay,Junes a 5 week month so true drop in wages won,t show till July and prob already have ipo (if I'm getting 1, was borderline anyway) OR hasn't been in touch at all yet.

My OR told me it needs to be based on my on going income, rather thn high months, because I had to give them payslips which included loads of OT for xmas/new years.

Just call them and they'll send a new I&E form :) don't worry.
