council tax people bankrupt me, it was on my name, do they ask the c,tax from my wife,

Hi Ali
Welcome to the forum,
I belive that who evers name is on the Council Tax form, will be liable.
If it only your name , they can not go after your wife, but I stand corrected if I'm wrong.
