I'v put in a new claim for working family tax credits, if I get it I will prob get back pay,will I have to keep it for OR(not had phone appointment yet)or can I spend it.

Not 100% sure, but you may have to hand it over.

Best to speak to the OR when you have your phone appointment.

One of the experts will along to confirm or otherwise.
