If you are on benefits then you will not have to pay an IPA but you will still need to pay the BR fee. Normally it is £510 (or £522 at RCOJ) but, I think you can receive a £150 rebate if you are on benefits.
You should also get some professional advice either from the CCCS, CAB, National Debtline or by selecting the 'experts' link on the left hand side of the page to speak to one of the professionals that frequents this board before deciding to declare BR. |
