my or has asked to see my 1 yr olds bank accounts. this is money that grandparents have put in for her future. can they take this cash and if so is there any way i can stop it from happening.

Hi Alistair,

You should supply the OR with any evidence that the payments originated from their grandparents.

You need to identify that the money has not come from you nor does it belong to you, if the statements you supply them with identifies where the funds have come from then they will not touch your Childs funds.
