Hi,
We are going to court at end of month. My questions are 1. Our car would of been ours in Feb if we could keep to payments. My hubby travels between 1000 and 1700 miles every 2 wks, its valued at £3500 . Will they take this? He wont be able to get any jobs without it for his tools ladders etc. 2. Can they touch my kids stuff, cds, computer games etc? Worried sick, but sick of the stress and arguemnts more so. I have paid gas, elec, council tax and car insurance and havent paid loans. We went on a mortgage holiday for 1yr in Jan, but hubby lost so much work. We can prove work was lined up, so we thought we could pay of some of the debt to managable levels. Please help

Not sure about the car, sure you are allowed to keep one if its needed for work, but think it has to be worth no more than £2 or £3,000, not sure which.I do know they don't touch anything of your kids or anything out of your house (unless you've got something worth thousands).I'v just recently been through BR experience myself and it was nowhere near as bad as I imagined. The people on this forum are fantastic and they helped me through it so much, just as I'm sure they will with you to.
