Hi Vick,

Welcome to the forum,

You are requested to supply bank statements and records, but on some occasions they do not ask for them.

I would wait and see what they ask for at your interview, the likelihood is they will just ask you to send them what you have.

All the best.

Hi Vick,

From experience of numerous assists with bankruptcy it is surprising how seldom bank statements are asked for. However you should be prepared to supply the last 12 months and in some instances clients have been asked to provide 2 years.

You will not need the statements for court and if required the OR will request them at interview

All the best Alan

I'm amazed that the OR no longer asks for bank statements to be produced, given the strict guidelines that we now have to follow with regard to presenting IVAs. Yet another example of how lax the bankruptcy laws are getting, and IVAs are becoming the more punitive option.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

This must have changed in the last year - I had to produce statements covering the previous 12 months.

It seems very strange that someone wouldn't have to produce bank statements - no wonder some people think that BR is the easy option!

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
