Can someone please supply a list of things I am ok to claim for as living expenses and any limits I should be aware of ?

Use it only as a guide but it should help . It helped me !!

I would say list everything you spend rather than worrying too much about guidelines - the OR can only say no or reduce the amounts and if you don't ask you don't get!
