If you're living (staying temporarily) with a friend, or a private landlord with no tenancy agreement, how will they be affected (if at all) if their address is used during BR?
I kind of asked this question a few days ago in another format, but the answer was sketchy.
Obviously, if it's going to be detrimental to an innocent party, that changes things about going ahead.
BR only affects the person who is declared BR. It doesn't affect the property address, other people living at that address, the landlord, etc. so no-one else will be affected.
Thank you so much It's also been worrying me about moving to a new rented property and whether to tell them up front. I've read elsewhere that there is no reason for them to be informed... especially if it's a private landlord who won't do a credit check.
