My year of Bankruptcy was up last Friday!!!! If I have not heard about discharge what should I do?Am I automatically discharged?Can an order stil be placed on me?

Hi
You are automatically discharged a year on from the date of bankruptcy, if you had a BRU/O then the OR would of informed you

Have a look on the insolvency website and search the bankruptcy/iva register for your name

If you get automatic discharge you won't get any notification from the OR. Make sure you print your entry on the insolvency register showing that you are discharged!
