I was declared bankrupt in mid Feb and have not heard from the OR since my telephone interview. I have just received a letter from the OR saying that he intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for his release as trustee. Can anyone tell me what this means and whether it will affect my bankruptcy. Any help would be appreciated.

I think, but not 100%, that this means you will be given an early discharge.
