ive read in bankruptcy the trustee files a J form restriction so property cannot be disposed of,what is one and at what time would one have been obtained.
i guess this is different from a standard B restriction.

i found that link very interesting,the section re jointly owned property was the section which help alot as well as if a trustee places a charge order on the property the rules all change again.
many thanks for the link and its worth other people in simalar situation to read it
