Don't worry, just send any that you do have and the OR can always ask the creditors for copies if required. I only had to send my OR the past 6 months statements.
just ensure you provide whatever you have to hand, so long as you have at least one statement for every debt you hold you should not have too many difficulties, just provide whatever you have to hand
